1. REFUNDS

Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
– Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
– Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
If the listed conditare not met, Rayven Hair & Beauty reserves the right to refuse a refund.

2. RETURNS

To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at ashley@rayvenbeauty.com. Rayven Hair & Beauty will pay for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a shipping label, or reimburse you otherwise for return shipping.

  • Tracking numbers are included.
  • Please be available when your package arrives. Rayven Hair & Beauty is not liable for theft of packages once they have been delivered.
